Location & Facility

  • There is no need to dress a certain way for your massage session. Draping is provided for privacy.

  • We do not accept Insurance, but we do have an NPI #. Some services may be reimbursable. We provide receipts for insurance claims.

    We do accept HSA and FSA Cards

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

    Rescheduling or cancelling on the day of your scheduled appointment is considered a no -show and charges will apply.

    Life Emergencies are exceptions. (A work meeting running late is not considered an emergency.

  • All paperwork should be completed online before attending your appointment.

    Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and go to the restroom if needed.

    We are appointment only, and if our therapists are with clients, our door will be locked. If you arrive 20-30 minutes early, we may not be able to let you in.

  • Yes, combining with physical therapy or fitness programs is encouraged for optimal results.

  • Yes. Packages offer value, and referral programs may apply.

  • Sessions range from 30-60-90-120 minutes, depending on service and client goals. If in doubt as to which duration to select, please feel free to call us, and we will advise accordingly.

  • Yes. We provide guidance and assessments to ensure comfort and effectiveness.

  • Absolutely. Each massage session is personalized for athletic performance/sporting activity/age/performance level, and training periodization phase.

    We can adjust pressure according to personal preferences.

    Post Cosmetic Surgery Lymphatic Massages are always assessed for healing stages, and relevant techniques/modalities are applied accordingly.

  • Yes, many of our services can be safely adapted, and all our therapists are clinically trained and aware of any contraindications and modifications.

  • Yes. Packages and gift cards are available online. We do not have physical Gift Cards, but they can be purchased in the office and emailed to you or your recipient.

    They are availe to purchase under “E-Gift Card” on the appointment scheduling page.

    Packages can be gifted or purchased for yourself. If the package is for you, our your name in the E-Gift Recipient” sections. You will be able to see your available sessions on your personal login account.

  • No. Packages and Gift Cards do not expire.

  • Expect a short conversation consultation before your treatment to review goals, followed by a personalized treatment plan and rescheduling frequency plan.

  • All our therapists are Certified Massage Therapists, licensed, insured, and highly experienced and trained. All our Therapists are clinical massage therapists with advanced training in lymphatic therapy (Vodder Technique), post-surgical care, Endermologie, and Sports Therapy Modalities

  • Yes absolutely. Our Lymphatic Therapists are “Klose Vodder Technique” Trained, Certified Lymphedema Therapists with extensive Medical training in Lymphatics, and Post-Cosmetic Surgery Certified. They have over 10 years of experience working in this specialized field and are recommended by several local Plastic Surgeons for Post Op Care.

    We DO NOT open incisions. EVER. No Massage Therapist who is licensed in Illinois is legally allowed to open incisions.
